Sustainable replacement of traditional phosphating and/or cleaning processes
PreCoat CPF is a groundbreaking, chromate-, phosphate- and silicate-free pretreatment that completely replaces traditional phosphating and/or cleaning processes. The product can be used in both spray and immersion lines and combines degreasing and conversion/passivation in a single step. By using lower temperatures (15-35°C), significant energy savings are possible compared to conventional methods (35-60°C). The product is multi-metal, making it suitable for various materials, such as steel, aluminium, galvanised steel and stainless steel. Its effective cleaning power removes dirt, grease and workshop debris without sludge formation, resulting in less machine maintenance. The corrosion protection is impressive: aluminium remains protected for up to 1440 hours in AAST tests, and steel for up to 1008 hours in NSS tests. In addition, PreCoat CPF ensures excellent paint adhesion, which significantly extends the service life of coated products.
Replace traditional solvents with safer alternatives
AD offers excellent replacements for traditional solvents such as thinner and mineral spirits, including powerful industrial cleaners such as Multi Degreaser XP and Electroclean 100. Electroclean 100 is odourless, has a higher flash point and is ideal for safely cleaning electric motors and starter motors without damaging insulation or rubber. Multi Degreaser XP is perfect for cleaning metals and plastics and is ideal for manual degreasing in powder coating and wet painting processes.
