From waiting two or three days to visible coating breakdown within one hour.

When stripping components such as aluminium wheels, BMS Coating needed a faster and more controllable process. With products used previously, it could take two or three days before the coating was sufficiently broken down.

After switching to Strip MCV, BMS Coating observed clear coating breakdown on suitable coating systems after approximately one hour. This reduces turnaround time and allows components to be pretreated and recoated sooner.

Strip MCV is a methylene chloride free cold paint stripper developed for a range of coating types. Due to its powerful action, AD Chemicals always recommends testing the product on the relevant substrate and coating system before use.
