PrimeCoat® ADL-3PZ for tubes

PrimeCoat® ADL-3PZ is a passivation product developed for manufacturers of zinc coated tubes. The product is designed for inline application on galvanized, electrogalvanized and zinc alloy coated tubes and reacts directly with the metal substrate to create a conversion coating.

This conversion coating helps protect zinc coated tubes against white rust during storage, handling and transport. PrimeCoat® ADL-3PZ is dry in process and suitable for high speed tube production lines, with line speeds up to 100 m/min.
