Cleaner OV is a powerful, pH neutral industrial cleaner, developed for thorough degreasing and cleaning of metals and plastics prior to powder coating or wet paint processes. The formulation effectively removes oil, grease, carbon residues, and light oxidation such as flash rust, mill scale, and laser oxide. Thanks to its mild action on the surface, without etching, Cleaner OV can be used across a wide range of production environments.

Cleaner OV, an environmentally conscious alternative
An important advantage of Cleaner OV is that it is completely label free. This not only makes the product safer to use, but also positions it as an environmentally conscious alternative to solvent based cleaners. For standard contamination, Cleaner OV is an excellent choice. For more persistent contamination or specific process conditions, we are happy to advise on an alternative product or an adjusted cleaning approach.

Application and use

| Appearance and odour | Cleaner OV is a clear, colourless to light yellow liquid. |
| Application | Apply the product to the part to be cleaned and allow it to react. Afterwards, rinse thoroughly with high pressure water. |
| Concentration | Dilution depends on the level of contamination: 10 to 20%, equivalent to a ratio of 1:5 to 1:10 with water. |
| Treatment time | Contact time depends on the level of contamination: 3 to 15 minutes. In case of heavy contamination, the application may need to be repeated. |
| Post treatment | It is recommended to rinse parts treated with Cleaner OV with an excess of water. |
