Quality & reliability in coating – Böse chooses MM31®

Trailer manufacturer 𝗕ö𝘀𝗲 𝗙𝗮𝗵𝗿𝘇𝗲𝘂𝗴𝗯𝗮𝘂, based in Eslohe-Reiste, Germany, produces over 100 trailers annually. All coating work is done in-house using sanding and wet paint. To meet strict environmental and performance requirements, Böse transitioned to a Cr(VI)-free coating system — and found the missing link in 𝗠𝗠𝟯𝟭® from AD Chemicals.

MM31® combines cleaning, degreasing, corrosion protection and paint adhesion in a single process step. After mechanical surface preparation, it forms a robust conversion layer that significantly improves surface performance.

Thanks to close collaboration with PPG and Dutch partner Spuiterij Munsters, Böse was able to seamlessly integrate MM31® into their existing coating process — and has now been working with the technology for over two years with consistently excellent results.

Today, uncompromising quality and long-term corrosion protection are a reality for Böse.
