Strip 813 MF – Powerful liquid paint stripper without methylene chloride
Strip 813 MF is an effective liquid stripping agent developed without the use of chlorinated hydrocarbons, phenols, or methylene chloride. This hot stripping product is ideal for removing a wide range of coating types, including cured powder coatings and liquid paints.
Efficient coating removal
Whether polyester or epoxy powder coatings, or conventional liquid paints, Strip 813 MF removes them quickly and thoroughly without attacking the base material. The stripper is suitable for steel, galvanized steel, and aluminium substrates.
Dip bath application
Strip 813 MF is used in a dip process. It is important that parts are completely dry before immersion to prevent attack on the parts and reduced product performance. After stripping, parts should be rinsed thoroughly with water. Ensure that rinse water does not enter the bath.
Use and installation
- Suitable for use in steel or stainless steel tanks
- Preferably fitted with a closable lid
- Recommended for use in a well ventilated area
- To extend bath lifetime: filter the bath regularly
