The Young VOM mascot takes a look at AD Chemicals’ Technical Support team!

After visiting the production environment, it was time for the mascot to discover how our technical expertise is put into practice. He watched our Technical Support colleagues carefully analyze the results of test plates. In doing so, he learned how important it is to measure using the right methods, such as adhesion tests, bending tests, impact tests, humidity tests, and corrosion tests, etc. This ensures that the quality of our chemistry at the application level is objectively and reproducibly guaranteed.

The mascot was then allowed to accompany Technical Support on a visit to a customer. During this visit, he saw up close how intensive and valuable the collaboration between customer and technical specialist is. By listening carefully to the customer’s wishes and challenges, chemistry is used in exactly the right way to optimally match the process, the substrate, and the desired end quality. He learned that chemical pretreatment is the foundation of a good coating system.

The mascot noticed how important this direct communication is: knowledge about surface treatment is not only shared but truly transferred. This enables customers to improve their processes, prevent problems, and take their quality to the next level.

In short: the mascot discovered that AD Chemicals not only supplies high-quality chemicals but is also a committed sparring partner that thinks along with its customers, supports them, and works with them to develop innovative, sustainable, and reliable surface treatment processes.
