A strong practical example of how process optimisation and corrosion protection can go hand in hand.

Together with HANSA Klimasysteme and CENARIS, AD Chemicals simplified the existing pretreatment process. The new process structure, using a neutral cleaner and PreCoat ADL 4P, reduces the process temperature from approximately 55 °C to approximately 30 °C and makes daily process control simpler and more manageable.

Before implementation, the complete coating system was extensively tested and independently evaluated. Our colleague Alfred Stegeman supported the project from the initial process analysis through to commissioning and operator training.
